It is not BBQ sauce but I have found mustard my go to sauce of choice. I used to not like it all that much. If it was on a burger or something I did not mind it but did not seek out a bottle of it to put it on anything. Since we went low carb my taste buds have changed and I eat mustard now a lot on different meats. I used to love BBQ sauce, the sweeter the better (even though I knew it was not good for my diabetes). Now mustard has totally replaced it. As another poster said, there are some mustard based BBQ sauces that have less sugar also. I used to not like them. Go figure. John
