I'm with ya. Hard to find good bbq sauce off of the shelf because apparently the sweet stuff is popular but I think it's terrible. We have a local guy that was big in smoking competitions, national champion I think 5 times. He makes the best I've ever had but there's no getting his recipe. I put in an order for a 5 gallon pail of it. Apparently he didn't take me seriously. The kids don't need college that bad.
