Thanks Archie. Good information there. I am not looking at any kind of production, just family consumption.
Like growing our own popcorn or garden. Not a real money saver but teaches kids and grandkids where and how food is grown. Plus it gets 2-4 generations together doing the work.
What kind of mill do you have?
Stone ground corn?
