It did help mine. Used to use inhalers (albuterol & fluticasone) mostly during wheat and fall harvest. Started keto diet in January and haven’t needed inhalers this year. I guess the reduction in grain and corn products in diet did it. I didn’t even need them when blowing combine off and I didn’t wear a mask. I did still use some Flonase for nasal congestion occasionally. Down to a healthy weight since June and glad to not be carrying the equivalent of an extra heavy bag of seed everywhere (about 60lbs).
