Subject: Keto 101 by Dr Ken Berry

Pittsburg, Kansas

A series of videos showing how to do keto with whole foods. Does not push keto "products" or a lot of supplements. Just whole real foods.

Another excellent doctor to follow that keeps it simple is Dr Eric Westman.

You will not go wrong watching either of both of the above.

Other doctors I like that you can do a You Tube search for are Dr David Unwin, Dr Sten Ekberg, Dr Eric Berg. I don't do or agree with everything any of these doctors say but I find their explanations and suggestions worth considering. I consider on line doctor information kind of like talking to a best friend about advice. I listen because I respect them and their opinions. It does not mean I do exactly as my best friend might see things, but I certainly consider what he says.

Any presentation in the "low carb down under" group is worth watching and will introduce a person to a lot of other doctors I follow. If a person wants to follow a more carnivore diet I like Dr Shawn Baker, Amber O'Hearn and "My Zero Carb Life".

John
