Lot of places make a loop shaped like a mill iron that you just weld on to the 2nd post after wire is tight. I don't do anything on the corner post. Pull and wrap wire 2-3 times. If, for some reason you have a slip problem weld some rebar to the post first where you want the wire to keep it spaced and slip proof.
