| I got a Stihl MS290 Farm Boss with a 20 inch bar, wife gave it to me for Christmas about six years ago. I think it was replaced by the MS291 now. For cleaning up fence rows I use it and my Stihl pole saw. I like Stihl products because I have a very good dealer for parts and service. I got a good Husqvarna chain saw about same size of my Stihl MS290 and like it, it about 25 years old ( but still a good saw ). But my local co-op is a Husqvarna dealer ( I brought it from them ) and about ten years ago I need it work on and it sat there in their shop floor for three weeks before I went and got it. Told them I was going to to go buy a new Stihl so I could get service. | |
