We still butcher and process our own pigs. In fact bought a new grinder yesterday from Cabelas. It's really not that hard if you go together with a couple other people. I like that I know where my food comes from and how it was raised. Thinking of trying to do a beef in the near future.


Do you raise your own hogs?

Just got a whole hog processed at elma, about had a stroke when she told me the price. I hope something Isnt right as it's way more then I've ever paid.
