We still butcher and process our own pigs. In fact bought a new grinder yesterday from Cabelas. It's really not that hard if you go together with a couple other people. I like that I know where my food comes from and how it was raised. Thinking of trying to do a beef in the near future.


May I ask which model you got and how you like it so far? I'm considering a Carnivore in #22 or #32.
