Same here on govt income. The first round paid what we actually lost in income, at least from what I calculated it to be. I don't remember if that was before or after I added in the DMC. Prices were high and should have stayed there for the better part of the year IMO.

I agree on contracting also. With the PPD out of whack, contracting can hurt. If I contract for $18 and it goes to $20, not only do I lose $2, I can theoretically lose another $2 due to PPD.

I like the govt programs for that reason. I can lock in a profit or break even for not a huge expense. It cost a little more now due to the volatility.
