Just had a cow like that, today was the first she was up eating or drinking.  Saw her for the first time on thursday laying in corner of pasture, the three days before that I fed at 10pm and I didn't head count so not sure exactly what day she came down with it.

I gave her 35cc penicillin, vet looked at her Saturday morning.  Said there was a little movement in stomach, sleeved her to check for infection, that was OK.  Heartrate was a little high with no fever.

Gave her a magnet and he gave here another shot but can't remember what it was.
