Subject: Determining a schedule for chores help

West Central Wisconsin
I have come to the realization that I need to officially hire a chore helper. I have someone that has worked with me for a while now and has really taken a liking to my bottle calf operations. I'm trying to find a schedule that would be fair and give me a few feedings a week at home with my family. I'm thinking two nights and one full day a week. I'm thinking of paying them a percentage of live feeders that I can sell at 250-300 lbs. FYI we raise 2700 calves a year. After weaning they are on self feeders and just need to be checked on twice daily. The milk chores take 2-3 hours each feeding. Can anyone talk me through this and help me come up with an idea to present.
Thanks
