This is why I was thinking calf percentage. It would give more incentive to be more vigilant and productive.

I found that paying a decent wage and then giving a bonus for good work, on time, great results etc seems to work here.
(Make sure your 'decent wage' is a decent wage. Some guys around here run huge operations and pay their people peanuts - - - - - and think that they're generous!!!!) |
