NE Iowa | You made the snow fence cribs last and fed out of them first. No tarps but 1/4" plywood floor. Lots of hand shoveling into a grinder mixer. Before my time but grandpa would put corn silage in them first. Would put tar paper on the inside of the snow fence and pack by walking around. Would feed that silage in September and October and then tear the tar paper out and refill with ear corn. | |
