Texas, the really flat part
I’m going to disagree on our ability to produce oil cheaply. Fracking isn’t cheap, not at all. It costs us much more to produce out of shale than it cost those guys in the Middle East. I believe changing technology is making oil a dying industry and it’ll happen surprisingly quickly.
