To cover your bases, I would write a "letter of permission" for the lease holders explaining the lease and that you also support the lease holders to handle trespassing and game law violations with Law Enforcement. Law enforcement may need a written letter from owner stating the rights of the lease holders so they can pursue trespass and keep you out of the middle of this.
About dogs, check with your DNR, "here" the DNR is the only one who can shoot dogs. If you get caught shooting a neighbors dog, it can get costly (unless the dog is messing with your livestock).
