| I own some hunting land in Ohio that I lease out . One of the hunters called me today and said he's having two problems.
He has the property posted but some guy is trespassing when they are not there. He has some trail cam photos but they don't show his face.
Second problem is dogs. They have trail cam photos of some dogs chasing deer.
I don't know who the guy is or where the dogs are coming from.
What is my obligation in this situation? I can't patrol every day. And what do I do if I or the hunters see the guy or the dogs? | |
