one more thing i was thinking, are you absolutely sure you have an incommand 1200 and not an 800? the 800s did not come with autoswath activated already on it as the 1200 did. the autoswath activation is required for that display. im sure if you know you have a 1200 then you likely have a 1200 but thought i would mention that.
