Subject: Sunnybrook cyl -Lexion question...

South cental Ohio
Finally got our Lexion 740 back from the dealer and started cutting some beans. Do you have to run the Sunnybrook cylinder faster than a stock cylinder to get the same results? Must be a learning curve that we have to deal with because at the moment, we're no super impressed with the new Sunnybrook cylinder and deflector . Beans are dry and we're getting unopened pods with dry beans in them but at the same time we're getting some splits. Any suggestions on what to set where??? Thanks
