I imagine a lot of cops in these cities are at their breaking point right now. They are restrained on what they can do when normally they could go in and solve the problem. But now they have to just sit back and let it happen.
I compete with ( 3 gun competitions) with 5 LEO from MLPS MN, all are great guys, probably 35-45 years old. All 5 have, or will be, quitting/retiring before the end of the year
ETA - also know 3 from Ill. who are retiring and getting out of the state.
