I do think the higher you climb the ladder, the better they get.
Here in Indiana, I think the majority of State Troopers have a college degree.
The Sheriff's department here in my county (Wayne) has always been top-notch.
I have run into a few small-town cops that had the "gun and a badge" attitude you speak of. I never gave them a reason to have a problem...........but I could detect the underlying attitude. |
