OK | I'm no expert but I like my pellet smokers. Kids got me one for Fathers Day a couple of years ago, now I'm a smoking machine. Started out with a Pit Boss - inexpensive, but does a good job. I've had to replace the igniter a couple of times. Then got a Camp Chef vertical smoker - no problems, holds more meat, doesn't get hot enough to sear a steak. Easy to change the flavor of pellets in the hoppers and the temperatures stay constant without a lot of oversight. | |
