Ron, its all 28% around here, mainly because 32% will freeze and salt up, where 28% will not. We are filling our on-farm tanks right now for next year, and would have no way to keep 32% from freezing.
If not for that single fact, yes, 32% would make sense.
If you are only taking delivery in-season, I can see where 32% would be fine.
