Farmington IL | This is a interesting thread. 30 years out of school I feel the most valuable things I picked up from anywhere was the communications skills developed in FFA. Between that and learning how to be part of a team and to deal with the pressures associated with competing individually and working with others to accomplish goals I don’t know where I would have gotten without that exposure. I was pretty quiet in grade school. If my ag teacher hadn’t coaxed me out of hiding on the farm, I wouldn’t be where I am. Thank you Loren! | |
