Hurricane straps,corners of building sheathed out 12 ft from ends before tin,ideally diagonal boarded out 20 ft,diagonal braces in trusses (flowing opposite of chords)screws in plates or large coated(glued) nails air driven,wont move,but I agree on the knees if you sleep better.
