South Central Kansas | Dryland cash rent here is $60 for upland, maybe a little higher in some cases. Our seeding costs are less, we drop 23K compared to much higher population for the corn belt guys. We rarely plant the newest most expensive hybrids.
Fertilizer costs are way less than corn belt growers, I fertilize for attainable yields in this climate.
Dryland property taxes are $8 -9 per acre.
I have good used equipment and no debt.
I'd take 130 average every year.
