You live on the course and it is municipal owned? Sounds like a private development that would be under some type of hoa, not sure why the government would give them funding. If it is a municipal course, how is there housing development on it?

The course was originally built back in the 1950's, started as sand greens.  It was all land given to the city for the purpose of the course.  Fast forward to 2015 and the members, golf board, city council, and county all agreed to make it an 18 hole course and changes started happening.  Land on three sides of the course was donated to the golf course/city and it boarders/runs through private devolpment.  My backyard has a creek in it, and if you look at google maps you'll see where my yard ends and the creek starts.  My property ends at the top of the creek bank, on my side.

Development went like this  -  existing 9 holes.  Then we built 12 new holes over two years while still playing old 9.  Then we opened the new 12 and the old 9 got turned into the newest 6 holes.  All holes are new and the course will be a fantastic once they get 100% established.

You must have one of those 28" monitors. Your text runs off the right side of the page, cutting off about a quarter of it. I did manage to scroll over and read it, but it's not very convenient to say the least.
