A couple days ago I asked for opinions on bread flour. I got a helpful responce.

Today I am asking how do I know if I have kneaded the dough enough. I have read some people that say you can't over-knead; but, I have also heard Paul Hollywood, on "The Great British Baking Show" chastise people for kneading too much.

How do I know?
