Lone Wolf, Ok | So leasing Pasture gives him rights to do whatever he wants -- build buildings for any purpose/Build Ponds , Plant whatever he wants on property etc.
I'm going to disagree - Run Cattle was the extent of the agreement - I did not spell out any other activities that were acceptable or prohibited.
From what you're saying since nothing is in writing - I have the right to kick him off today.
So long as I pay the taxes - I'll allow what I want done on the land.
PS - he/I are friends -- that's the only reason he even was allowed to put cattle on property - I just would have let it go - No $$ in cattle and property needs fences/Ponds now dry - Cattle aren't staying in with electric fence. --- I'm a crop farmer - Friend needed pasture/Grass - I had that - I've also got land that is the best Deer Hunting ground in SW Oklahoma - and He wants to let his guys hunt there as well - It has pasture on it - Guess I'll just let that grow up - Safer
