I have had several discussions about "healthy living" since diving into lchf about 1 1/2 years ago.
In a hurry now, much more could be said.
The people I've talked to in general respond by saying, "Oh, good for you, I admire your will-power, but I just like to eat too much and don't want to be hungry all the time."
CAN"T convey the truth. I have 0 will-power and eat as much as I want.
Those goofy words- homeostasis + satiety and the science behind them.
