EC SoDak | I watched a documentary on the dust bowl and they at least made a claim. The claim was plowing to bring up moisture was a practice from out East when they got into droughts. The problem was, out east, generally they have short term droughts so the rains would soon follow and it was a decent bandaid. Out west it would work, then they’d repeat, and repeat again. However, the rains didn’t come, then the dust bowl happened. | |
