I spend a lot of time figuring in the winter and planning. I have had my planter long enough to know precisely what population it drops at certain settings. So its easy to figure seed. I rarely ever return a bag or run short. Same with chemicals and the sprayer. It likely easier on a smaller scale to achieve this also.
