Each producer should have a good handle on their BE but the markets job isn't to keep you or I in business. CBOT doesn't care that I have 3 kids to feed.
As far as the bin being full or empty I think we would need some clarification on where those carryout bushels are exactly. Carry-out doesn't necessarily mean farmer owned.
