You can use the "old timers " tester. Get a long blade of grass. The longer the better. (6-8 inches works well). Holding it in your fingers, start at the far holding it on the fence. As you move your fingers closer to fence you should feel a "tingle". If the tingle does not get to strong to continue you have a week fence.
