You mentioned sugar beets last week. What is the realistic expectations for that. Is there standard soybeans out that way? I hope you guys can dodge it.


Expectations as far as freeze goes, is it stays at 28 or warmer, should be ok. Last year we got down in the upper teens around the 10th of October and for all intents and purposes, that was the end of the crop. But, this is unprecedented for Sept. Sure, we can see a frost they nips the top leaves on all crops, but should this come to pass, it'll be insane.

Very few soys grown here. The beans we plant are dry beans.
