Never have used Fiberglass rebar but think making your concrete thicker is almost more important than the rebar. Concrete gets hard and cracks that you can count on. We are having trouble with the rebar being to close to the top and when the concrete where's down we start seeing some rebar. Don't say you will never use any thing bigger on the concrete as never is a long time and things changes fast.


I can take you to numerous pours we have done with no cracks. They don't have to happen. A poor base is cause # 1, too much water in the mix is cause # 2.
