I picked up 2 old aluminum ones at a farm sale 2 tears ago. We have 4 kids 13, 11, 7, 3. We have had a lot of fun exploring lakes around here! Kayaks are fun too but I like the room in a canoe for coolers and kids. We have taken them on the pequea creek that borders our farm as well, moving water is definitely more challenging but lot of fun. Kayaks and canoes are a great investment in my opinion!!!
