Generally speaking, the appearance/organization of the store is on the manager. There's at least 7 within 20 miles of where I am sitting right now and the neatness/organization varies greatly among them. Some are as clean and well organized as any store. Others - not so much. Most - it depends on how long it's been since they got a restocking shipment. If the truck came within the last couple of days there will be merchandise in the aisles waiting to be put on the shelves. If the truck is due within the next couple of days there won't be anything in the aisles and not much on the shelves.
