I had not thought of it before, but before I changed what I eat I always had lubricating eye drops in vehicles and at home because of dry eyes. Used them if not daily at least multiple times a week. I had noticed that I had only used the drops a few times in the last year or so but had not made the connection with my diet. I don't have dry eyes any more to speak of.
Eyesight greatly improved after 3 pills of lutein and zeaxantin
