Wife tried it a while back and saw no improvement but she does not have glaucoma either.
I suspect some of these supplements that help certain people might be supplying some nutrient or mineral that they were deficient in. The ones that had the deficiency it helps, the ones that are not deficient show no improvement. That is just my speculation.
