As a side note, I'm curious as to which correction system you plan on using this year. If you don't want to tip your hand just yet, I understand.
I'm about 90% sure that we'll be running on the IA DOT RTN with the test mule. It's just so easy to get going since I already have a windows computer onboard. Still need to get an RTK unlock for the receiver, but I've been stress testing a USB data card for the last 48 hours. Yesterday I had a laptop doing some simulated field work and logging the coverage data. The cell link to the Internet was up, and the coverage data was being replicated out to the Internet. I could see the progress on a different computer (on a different Internet link) with under 30 seconds of delay. It was pretty sweet. |
