I think some of us need a break. This has been a challenging year. I most likely will be collecting crop insurance money this fall on corn, beans - if it would just rain, probably not. WItitan2 You may be right. The bushels in the end might not be there, but the USDA might not give the numbers you are looking for until Jan. 2022. I don't have the money to fight the market, and I might be oversold on production this fall. Not going to worry about it until the combine tells me what I actually have. All I know is that this year is wearing me out. Running the numbers, (best guesses)it looks like this year will not be a profitable one. It sucks, but it is what it is. I don't have livestock any more, but you have to think those guys have been having a tough year. We lost over a billion bushel of corn demand to RIN waivers. Then the Corvid 19 virus, just don't want any more negative news.
