I have had back problems for 20 years due to a bulging disc and spinal stenosis. Decided last winter to get serious about stretching. Took 3 months but I can finally touch my toes again. 5 to 10 minute stretching every morning is time well spent. A few quick stretches during the day are beneficial too. It works.
