| My hips and lower back spasm seize after walking 100 yards or on my feet for over 5 minutes or so. Set down for a minute and I can go again
For 25 years or more when I was much younger my hip sockets burned like on fire after 1/4 to1/2 mile of walking. I start walking like an old people side to side which made it worse even faster
Any ideas or excercises that might help? | |
