We've replaced quite a few. Works well if you have a telehandler. Loosen all the bolts and remove all except the bottom 2. Lift the pipes with a sling on each one. The joint will separate enough to remove the gasket (assuming it has the slotted holes), drop in the new one, and replace the bolts.
