If you don't have a way to lift the pipe, I have fixed them by loosening the bolts, spreading the pipes with two chisels, and stuffing tire plugs in the bad spot. Clamp it back together and change at a more convenient time. I have done several and they have lasted for years. I planned to replace the gaskets later but never got around to it.
