Subject: RE: Greasable or non-greasable tie rod ends

In the shop, Back i n the 80's-early 90's we saw many ford tie rod ends worn out at 40000 miles. I would never put oe ford parts back on any front end. We changed oil and greased these pickups every 3000 miles. Most of them were replaced with NAPA/ Balkamp parts. I have 1 sitting out back now with the front end needing a complete rebuild. 46000 miles on it.
