SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
Copper sulfate flat-ass works! 1500 gallon tank I'm assuming a couple of tablespoons full or turn the water blue and kill everything in there. If it doesn't be sure you've got copper sulfate or check to see that you don't have some kind of gross organic contamination that's absorbing at all.
