Lincoln County. NC | Knotters work in conjunction with needles, twine fingers and the knotter clutch timing. Taking them off to service would not be something I would ever do unless a knotter frame or other component on the knotter shaft was being replaced.
Find someone to work on the complete baler or buy an operator’s manual and follow the troubleshooting guide and knotter adjustment process.
Even if you were to take the stack off and take to someone, there are adjustments to the needles and twine fingers that need attention when the knotters are reinstalled.
