coast of Maine | Here was one of my best investments.But the caveat to that is the town taxes the living heck out of me now.Bought at 12 k now worth 200 k,but I pay pay pay.So add it all up and not such nice increase,,,do have a nice spot but some so busy years narry a day spent there,,,dumb,plan on another and vrbo it but this would have been really bad this year here,,14 day quarantines for Mass people...dirty buggers hehe,,just the governor | |
